• All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation at any time. Once your request is received, we will process it promptly and issue a full refund.

Shipping Method

We use ePacket for all international shipments to ensure a balance of speed, tracking reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• PO Boxes: Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. Make sure your shipping address is a valid street address.
• Customs & Duties: Any applicable import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• Additional processing time may apply for custom items.
