The Newcastle Knights 1997 Retro Jersey brings back the striped red-and-blue appearance associated with the club's breakthrough premiership year. For Knights supporters, the combination of the club colours, white collar and period sponsor layout makes this a readily recognisable throwback to 1997.
The front uses broad alternating red and blue vertical stripes with the Newcastle Knights crest positioned on the upper chest. A period competition badge appears opposite it, and the white Stockland script stretches prominently across the centre.
