1. General

All products on AuJerseyShop are sold to international customers worldwide. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

  • We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards.
  • All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.
  • Payment is charged immediately at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • We use ePacket for worldwide delivery.
  • PO Boxes are not supported; please provide a valid street address.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • USA: 5–8 business days
    • UK: 5–10 business days
    • Australia: 7–12 business days
    • Europe: 4–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

For items returned due to non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size selection, change of mind), the following conditions apply:

  1. Return Timeframe
    • All non-quality return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  2. Item Condition
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
    • Any sign of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will void the return.
  3. Customised Jerseys
    • Customisation (name, number, or special printing) cannot be returned for non-quality issues.
    • Only defective custom items are eligible for replacement or refund.
  4. Packaging for Return
    • Place the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include the original invoice or order confirmation.
    • Use a shipping method that provides tracking to avoid loss during transit.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    • For non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • AuJerseyShop recommends using a courier with tracking and insurance.
  6. Inspection and Refund Process
    • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with all conditions.
    • Refunds for non-quality returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
    • Items failing inspection (worn, washed, damaged, or missing packaging/tags) will not be refunded and returned to the customer at their expense.
  7. Restrictions
    • Only items purchased directly from AuJerseyShop are eligible.
    • Gifted items are not eligible for non-quality returns. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AuJerseyShop, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of AuJerseyShop. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Limitations and Liability

  • Shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
  • AuJerseyShop is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or local postal services.
  • Products are replica fan jerseys, not official licensed merchandise.
